Our clinics are equipped with state of the art certified audiology soundproof booths and hearing test equipment to ensure the accuracy of your hearing test. All our Audiologists are CPCM registered (Council for Professions Complimentary to Medicine) and will be able to put your mind at ease, offer support and a plan to address the challenges you might have with your hearing.
Hearing tests after the COVID-19 pandemic
We’ve kept strict protocols and procedures for sanitizing and cleansing set out by the Ministry Of Health and CPCM guidelines, even after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our highly trained experts will still be wearing facemasks and maintain a safe distance where possible during your appointment to ensure you are protected.

Free Hearing Screener Check
Our free hearing screener checks are designed to help you quickly find out if you have a hearing loss using a touchscreen screening test. The screener check is carried out at our clinics. You’ll be given instructions on the test and will carry out the test yourself with our expert clinic staff at hand to explain the results.
VIDEO EXAMINATION
A thorough examination of your ears with a video to reveal any medical problems such as wax blockages, infections and other medical history that could be affecting your hearing.
DIAGNOSTIC TESTS
A series of hearing tests including a diagnostic audiometric test carried out in a certified sound booth to give you the most accurate result.
BEST ADVICE
If you have a hearing loss we will discuss any medical referrals or the different styles of hearing aids available to you.
