The Oticon NoWax Filters are specifically for Oticon hearing aids. Hearing Healthcare Professionals suggest that wax filters are changed on hearing aids at least once a month. This is unless you have been advised otherwise. Regularly changing the wax filter ensures that the hearing aids remain in a good working order.
