Our HCPC registered hearing aid audiologists will put your mind at ease, offer support and a plan to address the challenges you might have with your hearing.
Hearing tests after the COVID-19 pandemic
We’ve kept strict protocols and procedures for sanitizing and cleansing set out by the British Society of Audiology, even after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our highly trained experts will still be wearing PPE and maintain a safe distance where possible during your appointment to ensure you are protected.

Complete Diagnostic at Home Hearing Test
The most comprehensive and in-depth assessment that looks at the function of your outer, middle and inner ears and is carried out by an Expert Audiologist. Includes a full audiometric test to allow you to find out exactly what levels of hearing you have, with a prescription for your hearing at the end.
This option is recommended by all Audiologists to give an immediate full picture of how well you are hearing through a series of comprehensive tests, all at home.
Free Hearing Screener Check
Our free home screening hearing checks are designed to help you quickly find out if you have a hearing loss using a light weight portable screening test. You’ll be given instructions on the test and will carry out the test yourself with an Expert Audiologist at hand to explain the results, all in the comfort of your own home.
VIDEO EXAMINATION
A thorough examination of your ears with a video to reveal any medical problems such as wax blockages, infections and other medical history that could be affecting your hearing.
DIAGNOSTIC TESTS
A series of hearing tests including a diagnostic audiometric test carried out in a certified sound booth to give you the most accurate result.
