Highest grade silicone impressions
We use only the highest grade silicone impression material which is suitable for all skin types and produces a flawless, comfortable impression every time. All our impressions are taken by qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists to UK BSA standards (British Society of Audiology).
Do ear impressions hurt? – Not at all
It’s normal to feel a small amount of pressure in your ears when the impression material enters your ears. You may even feel a tickle in the throat as the material fills your ear canal. This is all completely normal and should be brief. Your appointment should take no more than 30 mins.
Ear impressions after the COVID-19 pandemic
We’ve kept strict protocols and procedures for sanitising and cleansing set out by the British Society of Audiology, even after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our highly trained experts will still be wearing PPE and maintain a safe distance where possible during your appointment to ensure you are protected.

I wanted to say after last appointment, I'm loving the sound and the quality of the hearing. She was scared to adjust the hearing aid, feedback, I had no issue with feedback. I like what she done with background sound how it kicks in and has made speech clearer in noisy environment. I feel like I don't want to take them off. It sounds more natural to me now.
