Ever since it was Robina, who attended to test my hearing and advised the best solutions for me, taking into consideration, that now I am 99 years old, thus take into consideration of my requirements and the prices, as I do not sit around conference tables but that the TV and friendly conversations in a room is the most important requirements. She understood this well and now I can do both very well.

I can't speak highly enough about Naseer. His technical skills are clearly excellent and he picks up quickly on readings that don't fit with previous results.
