Another year, another win! For the second year in a row, we have been crowned Central England’s Hearing Healthcare Provider of the Year for 2022/23 in this year’s Prestige Awards.

The Prestige Awards celebrate small businesses. Osmaan Mahmood, Founder & CEO of Prestige Awards, said, “Although small businesses may not be able to compete with multinational companies on their size and scale, there is a personalised service-driven focus that is often void from large organisations.” At Veritas Hearing, our ethos is to go above and beyond for our patients. After a challenging couple of years adapting to life post-covid, we are thrilled to have been recognised for our exceptional service.
The Prestige Awards recognise small and medium-sized businesses. They select winners who are proven to be the best in their market over the past 12 months. The winners are judged by a panel who base their decision upon the following areas:
- Service excellence
- Quality of product / service provided
- Innovative practices
- Value
- Ethical or sustainable methods of working
- Consistency in performance
Eventually, the winners selected are those who can best demonstrate their strengths in these areas.
